Allan has devoted seven years in studying the theory and practice of modern art, is a post graduate of the Chelsea College of Art and Design and a member of the British Federation of British Artists
He paints in oil on large and small scale abstract canvasses, enthusing aestheticism to residential and contract projects for interior designers and art galleries.
Exhibited with the Royal Institute of Oil Painters in the Mall Galleries, London, museums and public art galleries, Allan paintings can be found in the homes of celebrities; private and public collections including UAE Royal Household, villas in the south of France, Hollywood and executive developments in the UK and USA.
Allan Storer's paintings and working practice have also featured on a classical CD cover sleeve, international sports logos and as the subject of student art dissertations He is a member of the Hesketh Hubbard Art Society and delivers public lectures on surrealism and abstract art.
Allan is proud to have his painting palette hanging in the study of a notable Royal Academician who recently admired his work.
Painting in studios in London, St. Ives and the Gower Peninsular, his abstract works are primarily impasto oil with some in mixed media and acrylics.
